Appoint Comrade Zhang Hong as the General Manager of Cornell China. Fully responsible for implementing Cornell China's 2024 business goals and other overall work related to the company, maintaining sustainable and healthy development of the company, advocating corporate culture and business philosophy, shaping corporate image, directly connecting with market expansion and management, avoiding business risks, implementing financial security, and being responsible for the company's economic benefits.

Appoint Comrade Xu Guiyou as the Production Plant Manager and Safety Production Director. Responsible for the implementation of various production management regulations, safety production regulations, and production orders of Cornell China, responsible for the company's personal safety, equipment safety, production safety, and material storage safety.

Appoint Comrade Liu Pengbing as the Chief Engineer. Responsible for the overall control, quality, progress, engineering cost control, and technical management of the Cornell China project construction, responsible for the company's scientific and technological development and technology research and development plan management, responsible for the supervision, inspection, and guidance of Cornell China's product quality, responsible for project safety, project cost control, and product quality.

At the same time, the headquarters appointed a total of 21 middle-level managers, laying a solid foundation for Cornell China's work in 2024.
