Safety is the lifeline for the development of enterprises. To lay a solid foundation for safe production in the new year and to ensure the responsibility of all staff, on January 5, 2026, CTC·CHINA held a special activity titled "The First Lesson on New Year Safety Production".

The event was chaired by Ms. Zhang Hong, the General Manager of CTC·CHINA. It began with the theme of "Safety", setting the bottom line for the entire year's work. Focusing on the theme of "The First Lesson of the New Year: Building a Foundation for Safety", safety requirements were integrated throughout the entire process of production and operation, ensuring the smooth progress of the high-quality development of the entire year.

Mr. Dai Changwei, the production plant manager and safety director, elaborated on the three core points: "Why ensure safety, how to ensure safety, and who will ensure safety". He emphasized that safe production is not only the lifeline for the survival and development of the enterprise, but also the bottom line for safeguarding the lives and health of employees. It is necessary to engrave the concept of "safety first" in people's minds and implement it in actions. Safety management systems must be strictly implemented, hidden danger investigations and rectifications must be strengthened, and the core requirement of "everyone is the main body of safety responsibility" must be clearly defined. Safety awareness must be integrated into every detail of every task.

Director Song Guohua of the Safety Production Department stated that safety training and警示教育 must be carried out on a regular basis. Through continuous learning, the safety awareness of all staff can be enhanced， and the emergency response capabilities can be strengthened. The concept of "everyone talking about safety and everyone being capable of emergency response" should be truly ingrained and take root， jointly building a solid safety defense line for production.

Mr. Liu Pengbing, the chief engineer, has extended the concept of production safety to product quality safety. Any safety oversight failures may lead to quality issues, safety risks, and market trust crises. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply integrate safety and quality management, strictly control the quality throughout the entire process, and build a dual safety defense line.

General Manager Zhang Hong delivered the closing speech, emphasizing that the first safety lesson of the new year aims to make all staff tighten their safety awareness, clarify responsibilities, and build a solid defense line. She also required each department to refine management measures, identify and rectify potential hazards, deepen safety culture construction, and use safety as a means to promote production and ensure development, in order to safeguard the company's high-quality development in the new year.

Finally, a ceremony for signing the safety production target responsibility agreements was held on-site. Under the leadership of the production plant manager, the heads of each department successively signed the responsibility agreements, committing to fulfilling their safety management duties. The signing of the responsibility agreements is not only a commitment but also a responsibility, marking the full implementation of the company's new year safety production responsibility system, and laying a solid institutional guarantee for the entire year's safety production work.

Safety is no trivial matter; responsibility is paramount. CTC·CHINA starts with the "New Year's First Lesson" and integrates the safety concept throughout the entire production and operation process.
